Delivery Charges
- Free Delivery:
We offer free shipping for all orders within Nairobi CBD. - Outside Nairobi CBD:
A flat delivery fee of KES 700 applies to locations outside Nairobi CBD.
Delivery Timeframes
- Within Nairobi CBD:
- Same-day delivery for orders placed before 3:00 PM.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be delivered the next working day.
- Outside Nairobi CBD:
- Customers can expect to receive their orders within 24 to 48 hours after order confirmation.
- Delivery times may vary depending on the distance and accessibility of the location.
Delivery Schedule
- Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
