Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Items that are not eligible for return include:
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair.
- Software, downloadable products, or digital goods.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
How to Request a Return
To start a return process:
- Email us at info@computermart.co.ke with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (such as a wrong or defective item).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending back returns.
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Refunds are typically completed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
